Petzl is a leading global manufacturer of fall protection, climbing equipment, and lighting solutions with our innovative headlamps. Petzl is a family owned company with headquarters in France. The Nordic headquarter is located in Stockholm, Sweden, where we have been based since 2020. Our Nordic office has 17 employees, and is now looking to grow.

Responsibilities
As After Sales Support you will primarily respond to all after sales inquiries and requests from our retailers and end users via email and phone. Your responsibilities include managing customer claims, inspecting products, providing technical support, and taking care of the logistics related to after sales. Our customers are based in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
In the Customer Service role your main responsibility will be to, together with the Customer Service team, act as the primary contacts for our customers in the Nordics on inquiries related to orders, quotations, deliveries, lead time, invoices and payments. You will take ownership for the entire order process from order entry to delivery at customers premises. Another important part of this role is to support our sales team, as well as other departments, to ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire process.

We are looking for someone who has:
● Experience in climbing, caving, arborism or rope access.
● A genuine interest in climbing gear and outdoor activities
● A few years experience in Customer Service
● Hands-on experience with ERP systems – knowledge of SAP or Salesforce is a plus
● Strong computer skills
● Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
